- To match Sentinels with businesses or councils seeking coverage.
- To respond to enquiries and manage booking coordination.
- To comply with tax, audit, and legal obligations.
How your data is stored
Data is securely processed via our website forms (using Formspree) and stored within email and hosting systems under strict access control. We do not sell or trade your data with third parties.
Retention
Registration and booking records are typically retained for up to six years to meet business and legal requirements. General enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months.
